Happy 4th of July to all our friends in the United States. We are going to miss having our usual BBQ and fireworks show with the Noel's. It does feel a little weird knowing that there is a holiday to celebrate, but its just a normal day for the rest of the world.

Well, Katrina left for Milano this morning. She was very sweet and cleaned up the kitchen and started a load of dishes after our big dinner last night, then got ready for her day. She is meeting Mike, Becky and Michelle. I don't think they were sure what they were doing yet? Brandon and I were supposed to meet them at 4pm in Milano, but then the unexpected happened. Katrina accidently took both sets of house keys with her, so Brandon and I are stuck at home. We can't lock the apartment and we can't get to the car in the garage. Honestly, that was ok with me. It is supposed to be in the high 90's and very humid today. Brandon just wants to stay in pajamas all day. He hasn't been the brightest source of joy when we have gone out sightseeing lately. Sometimes I feel like he just needs to learn to enjoy the moment as we sightsee. Other times I am just not interested in dealing with him complaining all day. Today I feel the latter.

I spent part of the morning finishing up the cleaning that Katrina started. Brandon and I also watched some cartoons and played with Legos.

Bad day for me overall. I felt sick as a dog. Spent most of the day on the couch watching TV, in bed trying to sleep, on Brandon's bed trying to give him some attention, back on the couch, back in my bed, etc, etc.
